About Ramon Nogueras Pérez
I've been working in applied Psychology since 2001, either in private practice as therapist or as a consultant in human resources and development. After working in a multinational company and a small consulting firm, I struck on my own working as a freelance trainer and consultant, and eventually creating my own business. Nowadays, I switched into education, and currently keep my private practice and also teach in universities and business schools. I am also very much into divulgation, and I speak frequently about the science of psychology. From being just a trainer and recruiter to acting currently as HR interim manager for different companies, teaching at universities and business schools, it's been an interesting and varied ride.
