CRO Specialist
As a CRO Specialist I was responsible for setting up and maintaining our CRO program. This program consisted of a continuous loop of measurement, analyzing, testing and implementation. I did this by always being curious, thinking about how user experience can be done even better, and using CRO as a methodology to prove this. - Responsible for setting up the CRO program, including tools, processes & measurement - Manage the A/B test backlog, including prioritization and stakeholder management - Creating a scalable organization, allowing for 6-8 concurrent A/B tests - Responsible for usability research (6-8 per year) - Calculating ROI of the CRO program and aligning these results with overall business objectives - Using all available tools (Google Analytics, Decibel, Usabilla etc.) to analyze user behavior
