Director and initiator of start-up Sir Joe. I started this separate craft-soda business unit outside of the Vrumona-company from scratch with the objective to fast learning, exploring a new future-proof portfolio and establishing a very flexible supply chain. Venture (11 FTE) responsible for the entire operation, including marketing, innovation, finance, planning, warehousing, logistics, data and sales serving both out-of-home and retail sectors. Built portfolio of 12 brands in various segments (own brands, distribution and acquisition) Pioneered new flexible route-to-markets: B2B (direct to outlets) and B2C. Team worked fully agile and was based in Startup-hub DotSlash in Utrecht.
Founder Sir Joe (Corporate Start-up Vrumona)
Initiator and General Manager of craft soda start-up Sir Joe. Extended member of Management Team of Vrumona. Integrated Sir Joe into its mother-company Vrumona in 2021 for further expansion and growth.
