I provide startups and scale-ups data-driven insights about their customer s behaviour and show them how to improve their products and services in order to expand their business. Both on a strategical and operational level. In the process, I apply growth hacking techniques, including Artificial Intelligence and machine learning. Customers include: Seats2Meet Implemented churn prediction models (machine learning) to identify key indicators in the booking process that might lead to a cancellation. Applied growth hacking techniques to optimise these steps in the process and decreasing the cancellation rate. Co-ordinated 8 websites to be GDPR compliant. Municipality of The Hague - Startup In Residence (SIR) Program Validated problems flagged by civil servants, focussed on AR/VR for building permit requests. Matched these challenges with 3 startups that can provide a solution. Mentored civil servants and startups to co-create the best possible outcome. Time Space Consulted and mentored the founders of Time Space in order to increase the use of there services and upscale their business. The Water Channel Consulted on the redesign and use of the platform while taking a customer-centric approach. BrainCaps Consulted and challenged the founder of BrainCaps in order to upscale the business. Both on a strategical and operational level. Auverture Applied various growth hacking skills in order to grow the online presence of Auverture. Initially focussing on unique site visitors to ultimately increase the number of conversions. Increased unique visitors with 568 in the first 3 weeks, using a variety of tools including Facebook, Google Adwords, Instagram, Pinterest, webchat, bots and many more. Analysed the data from various experiments. Upscaled and automated the top-performing projects to further grow the website.
