As a Senior Product Designer at Beat (acquired by FreeNow) - a ride-hailing app focused in Latin America, I was responsible for the full product design process of the features delivered on the driver app. I wrote user research scripts, conducted usability studies, created high-fidelity prototypes, worked with engineers to implement these features and iterated on them based on the results of A/B tests and similar methods.
